By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

BuildTracker provides project management, collaboration, task tracking, reporting, documentation, and related productivity tools for individuals and organizations.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Activities conducted under their account
• Ensuring information provided is accurate

BuildTracker may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse or disrupt the platform
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use BuildTracker for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to BuildTracker.

You grant BuildTracker a limited license to host, process, display, and store content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

BuildTracker may offer:

• Free plans
• Paid subscriptions
• Enterprise/custom plans

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through supported payment providers including Flutterwave and Paystack.

Pricing may change in the future with reasonable prior notice to users.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees and payments are non-refundable.

All BuildTracker branding, software, interfaces, designs, systems, and platform content are owned by SCALEFORGE-LABS or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit BuildTracker without written permission.

We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

BuildTracker may experience downtime, maintenance periods, delays, or technical issues.

Certain features may be labeled as beta, experimental, or early access.

These features may contain bugs, limitations, or incomplete functionality and may be modified or removed at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Create security risks
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in illegal activities

Users may stop using the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildTracker and SCALEFORGE-LABS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access or breaches

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuildTracker and SCALEFORGE-LABS from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of BuildTracker after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
